Service Provision

FormationTrack will provide incorporation guidance services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. Services include company name verification, document preparation, and submission assistance.

Scheduling and Changes

All dates and times for services are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may request a schedule adjustment at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. FormationTrack may also propose adjustments when necessary to ensure smooth delivery.

Reimbursement Policy

FormationTrack offers reimbursement options depending on the service type. For Services, you may request a reimbursement up to 7 calendar days after purchase if no document submission has occurred. Reimbursements are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

If document submission or third-party fees have been incurred on your behalf, Services become non-reimbursable. In such cases, you may transfer your booked slot to another date or to another party, subject to availability and prior written approval. Please note that any third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-reimbursable, as they are disbursed immediately upon purchase.

Info Products

Digital materials and guides may be previewed before purchase. Once downloaded or accessed, Info Products are non-reimbursable due to their electronic nature and immediate availability. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact us for alternative delivery options.

Goods

Physical merchandise may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging.
To initiate a send-back, contact us within the 14-day window, provide proof of purchase, and ship the item to our address at your cost. Upon receipt and inspection, FormationTrack will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping back fees are not reimbursed unless the send-back is due to our error.

Intellectual Property

All content, interactionmarks, and designs on this site are the intellectual property of FormationTrack. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

FormationTrack’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.

Updates

FormationTrack may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use after posting indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
